I have been well pleased with the service received over the past ten months from Compassionate Care.

I thank God for leading me to Compassionate Care! Living out of town, I cannot take care of my sister by myself--in terms of doctors, grocery shopping, cleaning, and whatever else my sister is unable to handle on her own. Compassionate Care is like having an adopted family in my corner. They treat my sister with great care and respect and also understand her limited abilities.

Our aunt and uncle were able to stay in their home, thanks to Compassionate Care. They are both in their 90s and were independent and active until they contracted pneumonia. When they were released from the hospital, they were no longer able to live alone safely. They needed help with cleaning, cooking, shopping and transportation.

The day after we called them, Compassionate Care was there to help! The fact that they are bonded and conduct background checks gave us great peace of mind. They use local home-helpers who are quite competent and able to cover every shift needed. When my aunt's Alzheimer disease progressed too far to live at home, Compassionate Care's home-helpers drove my uncle to the personal care facility so that he could still visit his wife.

We recommend the Compassionate Care to our friends and acquaintances for respite and help with family members that need extra assistance in order to stay in their homes, where they can be comfortable and happy.

Last year I was dealing with multiple, serious health issues that necessitated many medical appointments, both local and out of town, to which I could not take myself. The few times my helpful, loving family were unable to take me, they arranged for Compassionate Care to do so. Rosalie did such a great job helping me deal with my broken leg, and the steps into my home. With her I felt very secure and well cared for, and later with Burga who also took me to an out of town appointment. Compassionate Care's services were just what my family and I needed! It's good to know they are available should I need help again.

My mother is 96 years old and lives in New Castle, PA. I live in Washington D.C., 275 miles away (a five-hour drive). My brother lives in California. While my mother is still very independent, she reached a point in life--about a year ago--when it became clear that she could use some help. It's hard enough to make these kind of arrangements when one is living in the area, but doing so when living such a long distance away is extremely difficult. Rosalie Ciletti and her "Compassionate Care Home Helpers" have provided the required help. Each day, the home helpers visit my mom for a couple of hours to assist in the many tasks of day-to-day living. Rosalie has made a great effort to be sure that my mom is pleased. She and her helpers take a very personal interest in my mom's wellbeing and happiness. They are always available to me to address any questions or concerns I may have. I feel confident that my mom is in good hands. It has been a great comfort for me to have these good resources available. I certainly recommend them!
